Rosehill Christian School submits its policies and practices to three accreditation groups.  Every five years, the school goes through a self-study to determine strengths and areas for growth.  These findings are submitted to each of the accreditation organizations along with documentation verifying the results.  RCS then submits itself for a site visit by these agencies, where they review the self-study and the documentation. The accreditation team members then interview students, staff and parents to determine if the process and the results qualify for continuing accreditation by the organizations.  The three organizations for accreditation are AdvancEd, International Christian Accreditation Association (ICAA), and the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TPSAC).
