Application Fee for New Students (non-refundable/non-transferable): $100
The application fee of $100.00 is payable upon completion of the on-line application. Students applying after January 1 will not be charged the re-enrollment fee the following year, provided all required information is completed during the re-enrollment period.
Admission Testing Fee (non-refundable/non-transferable): $175
Once the application and supporting documents are submitted, testing will be scheduled. The cost of testing is $175 and is non-refundable / non-transferable.
Instructional Fee (non-refundable/non-transferable): $425
Instructional fees cover a portion of the expenses that are incurred in preparation for the upcoming school year. Some of these expenses include the purchase of textbooks, consumable supplies, workbooks and student related technology upgrades. This fee does not include optional charges such as athletic fees, dual credit course fees, lunches, etc.

Optional tuition refund insurance is available at a rate of 3.75% of total tuition.
Optional hot lunches are available for approximately $6.
Tuition Assistance / Multi-Child Discount:
RCS has a limited amount of funds available to assist our families desiring to enroll their children. These funds are designated for partial, need-based scholarships. FAST, a third party organization, utilizes a confidential application process to determine need. Please refer to our website under the Admissions Tab for additional information as well as for submission deadlines. RCS is pleased to offer a 50% tuition reduction for individuals employed in full-time pastoral positions in a church whose Statement of Faith is consistent with RCS’ Statement of Faith. A Ministry Discount is also available to full-time employees of Boys & Girls Country in Tomball, Texas. Full-time status is defined as paid employment for 30+ hours per week. Pastoral is defined as those individuals whose primary job function is to shepherd and disciple members of their congregation (i.e. youth pastors, music ministers, praise & worship leaders, children’s pastors). This application must be submitted with each year’s enrollment / re-enrollment information.
RCS depends on donations and fundraising activities to further the mission of the school. A generous tax deductible donation to the General Fund helps to ensure educational excellence for our children. Active participation is requested from each family.
