What is CAMP EAGLE 2018?
A fun, safe, Christian-based summer day camp at Rosehill Christian School for children who have completed Kindergarten through 6th grade. Campers will be grouped by grade:
K-1 (A), 2-3 (B), 4-6 (C)
When is CAMP EAGLE?
Camp Eagle will consist of four, one-week sessions running from June 11-22 and July 9-20, 2018
What can my children expect?
A blast of a summer including organized games, arts/crafts, waterslides, daily “Baldwin the Eagle Hunt”, all-camp activities, field trips, skits, themed activities, dance-offs, songs, cook-offs, weekly chapel, enrichment, awards, Camper of the Week, an end-of-camp overnight campout, and much more!
What are the costs?
There is a $75 one-time registration fee per camper (reduced to $30 if received by May 4th), and sessions are $225 per week per camper (includes field trips).  Extended care, food, and spending money for field trips are not included in the camp tuition.
What are the times?
The regular camp day will run from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.  Extended care will also be available (for a separate fee) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Field trips will be on Wednesdays, and will end at 3:30 PM unless otherwise indicated.

What are the themes?
June 11-15:  Superheroes vs. Aliens:  X + Z
Last year, our team of highly-skilled superheroes defeated the infamous alien “Commander Zorg”, but he is still at large, living on Earth, in hiding.  Our team also found and converted the “Blythegar”, which keeps Kryptonians 100 miles away from Camp Eagle… So, while Camp Eagle is safe, Earth... is not.
By destroying his spacecraft, we stopped the other Kryptonians from attacking Earth, but a Kryptonian spy has told us that Zorg is plotting his revenge for the second week of June, 2018.  How will he do it?  He has a special partner this time around. Yes, that’s right--Madame X (Alexa Luthor) is coming out of hiding to team up with Zorg to try to defeat Camp Eagle once and for all!  What does X + Z equal?
It equals perhaps the most dangerous pair of criminals Camp Eagle has ever seen!  And there’s more…we have decoded a transmission from Commander Zorg that new, improved, and even more dangerous “KANDORI” amoeba-aliens have already invaded our own troops. That’s right, three aliens are already among us.  Who could they be?  And how do we free them, before it’s too late?  We will need a newer, bigger, stronger team of “Superhero Spies” to defeat and rid Camp Eagle of them forever!
Will you help us?  We are now accepting applications for:  Superheroes vs. Aliens:  X + Z
Field Trip:  We have intercepted a message that some of the aliens are hiding at the nearest space station at:  Space Center Houston

June 18-22:  Camp Eagle All-Stars: Book of History
We asked, and you answered!  We asked you what your favorite, most-loved experiences have been over the past five years of Camp Eagle.  Well, the “top secret” results are in!  Using the leftovers of our holiday calendar from last year, we’ve locked up your answers, the “All-Stars”, in the Camp Eagle Book of History! It has just enough power left from Dr. Doom’s Dream Machine to take us to your favorite experiences.  Walk through the Book of History--and who knows where you’ll end up!  Will it be a special theme, a holiday, a country, a time period?  Will there be past villains?  Former counselors?  Favorite games? Special activities?  Each day will bring new secrets and surprises based on your favorite Camp Eagle moments.  And each day will be totally different and unique.  Want to know which days will come back to life again?  There is only one way to find out!  JOIN US--at:  Camp Eagle All-Stars: Book of History
Field Trip:  Our destination will be your most beloved field trip of all-time.  But only Mrs. Strange & the bus driver will know the location of this top-secret destination.  The Book of History will take us there, but you won’t find out where until the bus arrives!

July 9-13:   WHODUNIT?:  Mystery in “Videogame Ville”

So much happened last year as we ended a trilogy and the end of an era in our beloved Storyland.  We learned that the original and true villain was Jadis of Narnia, and we helped Aslan, who imprisoned her in the land of Charn forever. What Aslan told us next was very exciting news!  With Storyland being free of threat, Aslan asked the Storyland Detectives if they were ready for a new assignment.  He gave us a special key to the Wardrobe (which survived Jadis’ storm) that opens the portal to a whole new land: Videogame Ville!  Yes, that’s right, it’s a world where all of your favorite video games come to life!   And Aslan needs our help!  One of the Videogame Ville villains is committing crimes, and is threatening to destroy the land.  Aslan needs us to play the unknown villain's video game, by collecting secret keys hidden all over the land, and by finding the golden chalice, hidden somewhere in Videogame Ville. Whoever finds the chalice, wins the game!  Of course, detective teams will also need to figure out the identity and motive of the Videogame Ville Villain (V³).  To do this, they will search for clues, find evidence, and exonerate suspects live from our villain gameboard.  Which video games do you want to play, for real??  It’s a video game, mystery extravaganza!  Remember, play, and experience in front of your eyes the video games that you love in a fun, non-scary way right here in…WHODUNIT?:  Mystery in “Videogame Ville”
Field Trip:  Put your video game skills to the test while you hunt for clues at Main Event in Katy

July 16-20:  Olympic Games VI:  Twelve Tribes of Israel
As Olympians these past five seasons, we have played as countries, states, continents, and even planets.  We experienced victory and, at times, defeat.  We learned the meaning of teamwork, and what it truly means to “win”.  In 2018, we will take an Olympic trip...back in time!  Come enter our Olympic Arena once again, but this time, it will be a competition of “Biblical” proportions!  We will compete in various games and sports (old and new), create team shirts, think up chants, design “tribal banners”, cook foods in a “Biblical bake-off”, and participate in our daily “Trivia Quest” as we learn facts about the twelve Tribes of Israel.  Campers will be placed on teams and will rotate and compete with their teams (and their counselor) for the entire week.  Olympians--you are summoned to light the torch once again as six (of the twelve) tribes compete for a chance to work together and stand on the podium at our daily closing ceremonies and medal celebrations. The Bible and Olympics collide in:  “Olympic Games VI: Twelve Tribes of Israel”.  Our camp adventure concludes with the highly anticipated all-night campout on July 20 with a campfire, s’mores, secret games (TBA), and a classic game of Capture the Flag in the dark on the football field (with glow sticks).
Field Trip:  Houston Premier Sports “Tribal Wars” Tournament (part of competition)
