How to Reduce Your Tuition Bill

Eagle Bucks

If you refer a new family to RCS, you are able to receive a $750 tuition credit, per student, and the family that you refer will also receive a $750 tuition credit.

Please note that Eagle Bucks can only be discounted from tuition, not used for fees. The credit will be given 60 days from the first day of enrollment.

Please fill in the Eagle Buck with your family name and give out as many as you would like to your friends who may be interested in RCS. Have them attach the Eagle Buck to their application form when applying to the school.

Ministry Discount

The Ministry Discount is available to all individuals employed in full-time ministry positions in a church whose statement of faith is consistent with RCS’ statement of faith.  The Ministry Discount is also available to full-time employees of Boys & Girls Country in Tomball, Texas.  This tuition reduction must be applied for annually.

Financial Assistance

RCS has a limited amount of funds available for partial, need-based scholarships. FAST, an outside organization, utilizes a confidential, application process to determine need.  Deadlines are strictly followed as scholarships are initial scholarships are communicated by May 1. After May 1st scholarship applications are responded to in the order in which they are received.  For more information, contact the Business Office.

Benevolence

A Benevolence Fund has been established to assist members of our school family experiencing unexpected financial duress.  Donations to the Benevolence Fund are tax deductible.  Distribution of funds may not be directed by an individual as funds are distributed based on need as determined by the Benevolence Committee and based on availability of funds.

School family members requesting assistance, may contact the Director of Business for a Benevolence Request Form.
