Rosehill Christian School is pleased to offer dual credit courses in conjunction with Lonestar College. A dual credit course is one in which students receive credit from RCS for a core subject as well as college credit awarded by Lonestar College. Each year we evaluate the types of courses to offer.
To qualify to take these course, Junior and Senior students must have taken and passed the COMPASS test from Lonestar College as well as receive written permission from the Counselor.
This coming school year, students who qualify, may take the following courses:
- English 1301, 1302
- English 2322, 2323
- College Biology 1406, 1407
- Microeconomics 2301
- College Algebra 1314
- College Trigonometry (2nd semester)
Students must maintain an 80 average each semester to continue in the course.
Juniors and Seniors who wish to enroll, must pick up an approval form from the courselor, Mrs. Dyal.
