Commitment to Excellence: 8 Critical Success Categories

Academics will be continuously reviewed to improve core subjects and expand electives and extracurricular options to address the elements of a comprehensive, Biblically-based education.
Rosehill Christian School will ensure a personalized development program for staff and faculty to equip employees spiritually and professionally.
Rosehill Christian School will develop student leaders who will help transform their campus and make an impact in the local school community, our nation, and the world.

Rosehill Christian School will consistently communicate the positive attributes of the school to families, key audiences and the community at large to maximize opportunities for enrollment growth and the funding of the RCS vision.
- Strategic Financial Planning
Rosehill Christian School will achieve a God-honoring balance between reasonable tuition, excellence in education, and devoted stewardship.
Rosehill Christian School will provide leadership and direction via the administrative team and Board of Directors by working together to define, understand and implement leadership outlined in the Carver Policy Governance Model. In essence, Dr. Carver’s model defines the leadership of an organization into two groups: the Board of Directors and the Head of School. The Board collectively defines the values of the organization, provides strategic leadership, articulates the vision of the organization, and ensures that the organization is reaching the desired end results as specified by Board Policy. The Head of School provides the day-to-day operational and managerial leadership of the organization, and is the only individual to report directly to the Board.
- Facilities that Enhance Learning
Rosehill Christian School will optimize the use of current space and manage the expansion of classroom and office space in a cost-effective manner, directing new investment in land, buildings, infrastructure and aesthetics to accommodate maximum student enrollment.
