HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY on Sunday to all of our mom's!
UPPER SCHOOL FINALS
Upper school will be held May 19-22. See schedule below (under mark your calendar)
Tuesday-Thursday we will be releasing students at 12:15pm. Extended care until 3:30pm will be by reservation only. Please RSVP to Leanne Nelson at 281-351-8114 ext 215 or lnelson@rcseagles.org if your student will need to stay. Friday there will be NO EXTENDED CARE.
This Week in Physics
The Physics class is studying waves and vibrations. They use slinkies to observe wave properties and also discussed resonance. They discussed the relationships of these qualities to disasters such as earth quakes and bridge collapses.
 
 
Texas Tour
Last week our 8th graders went on their annual Texas tour trip. They visited the Capitol in Austin, the Bob Bullock Museum, Mo Ranch, The Alamo, The Haunted House Museum and Dell Diamond to watch the Round RoOck Express(minor league baseball team). What a great Trip for our students. Thanks Mrs. Arrant for organizing it. Here are a few more pictures.
 
Chapel
This week we had our final chapel for the 2007-2008 school year. Our senior class led it. Seniors Jef Fry and Amy Ball led us in worship. Josh Rikard, Cameron Sapaugh, and
Rebecca Allen gave us the message. Mr. Unsicker also announced plans for our new high school building and showed the students the plans. Please come by the upper school office and see them. It is so exciting to see what God is doing for RCS!

- Leave: Sunday, May 11, 2008 … Time 2:00am

- Cost: The senior fundraising covers the majority of the cost, but an additional $200 will
- be billed to your account in May. Students will need to bring $ for souvenirs.

Graduation Ceremony
- Date: Saturday, May 17, 2008
- Time ceremony begins: 10:30 am
- Location: Southwinds Baptist Church
- Time seniors should be at Southwinds: 10:00 am
- Seniors should report to the last room on the left of the lobby.
- Robes and stoles should be pressed.
- Guys: Leather dress shoes and ties

Pictures, Pictures, Pictures
Dear Parents,
Due to the overwhelming request I get for copies of the pictures I take during the games and the fact that it takes a long time to go through all my pictures to give you the ones you request from me, I now have a website which will allow you to view and order pictures.
I have signed up with this site for a year. I will continue to place pictures on here for as long as I keep taking them and as long as this does not start costing me money to keep this site. I do enjoying taking pictures and sharing them with you.

Prayer Requests:
Please keep Mr. Priest in your prayers as he continues to recover and get back into his routine at school. Keep Robert Beach in yor prayers as he has a torn meniscus in his knee and will be having surgery on May 28th.. Keep our seniors in your prayers as they travel to Destin,Florida on their senior trip next week.
